Founder
DCV Applied Technology was founded by David T. Lepley — electrical engineer, entrepreneur, and lifelong Second Amendment absolutist. Whether running dynamic courses of fire or stretching out in long-range precision disciplines, David brings a shooter's perspective to the technology created.
He built his career at Altronic, LLC — a Girard, Ohio-based manufacturer of advanced ignition, control, and instrumentation systems for critical infrastructure — rising to serve as President and Chief Technical Officer. His technical contributions span industry conference publications, peer-reviewed venues, and a portfolio of granted patents and active applications.
